Get Back | Tomorrow Never Knows

Is This A Joke?

No. It's not even a particularly tasteless SNL sketch, or the proposed plot of the next Sacha Baron Cohen movie. It's for real.

"Fox plans to broadcast an interview with O.J. Simpson in which the former football star discusses "how he would have committed" the slayings of his ex-wife and her friend, for which he was acquitted, the network said.

The two-part interview, titled "O.J. Simpson: If I Did It, Here's How It Happened," will air Nov. 27 and Nov. 29, the TV network said.
"

Did you GET that, folks? IF I Did It, Here's How It Happened. *facepalm*

On the up side? Maybe it'll start a trend. "Next week on Fox: the exclusive two-part interview, 'Sir Paul McCartney: If John and I Had Butt-Sex, Here Are Some of Our Favorite Positions'!"

We have no culture, honestly. We worship at the altar of celebrity.

PS: I like the turkey. :)

Isn't the turkey funny? It came from the whole "putting a santa hat on your icon" fad. The turkey was supposed to go on the icon's head, but when i did that, the little drumsticks weren't visible and you couldn't really tell it was a turkey. :)

I saw that today and I could not believe it! He has a BOOK coming out, too, called If I Did It. Insanity!!

Yes, I saw that after I posted this. Isn't it mind-boggling? The man's gall is...well...galling. :/ It's like he's thumbing his nose at everybody, especially Ron's and Nicole's families.

I supppose it would be too much to ask NOBODY to buy this book. Not that I'm not as curious as anyone else, but I still wouldn't put a dime in that murderer's pocket.

A friend of mine likened it to "The Tell-Tale Heart," his guilt is driving him crazy.

It's completely mind-boggling!! Did you ever hear about that TV show he had a while back called "Juiced"? It was like a "Punked" type of show where he would pull pranks on people, like riding around in the backseat of a white Ford Bronco...I never saw it, but jeeeeez, it's pretty unfathomable!

Personally, I hope his guilt is eating him ALIVE. What I really believe, though, is he just needs the money.

Oh. My. God. *is speechless* That's just thoroughly twisted. Thank God it didn't catch on.

Well, the name is certainly self-descriptive, if nothing else. You're right, though, it's a joke. The whole thing's a (bad) joke.

Although, yes, I do like where that trend may be going!

Yeah. You would, you animal. ;)
